Digital Humanities Minor

A Digital Humanities (DH) Minor enables students to gain greater fluency in the use of digital tools and procedures to probe topics in the humanities, arts, and cultural heritage and to deepen their understanding of the burgeoning field’s history and theory. Whether examining historical trends, texts, creative processes, or traditional statistics, DH opens up avenues for different kinds of analysis, communication and interpretation, provides tools to carry out multi-level investigations and better enables students to use these tools for interdisciplinary projects and civic engagement.
